☆ ~ ABOUT HANDMADE ~ ☆ ~
Please note that each piece is individually hand crafted and there may be slight differences from piece to piece. That makes your piece one of a kine, please do always take extra care with handmade items as they can be easily damaged if misused or treated roughly.
It is not recommended that you wear any of the jewellery pieces I sell while bathing, exercising, swimming or sleeping.
I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused on items that have been handled improperly. Nothing leaves my studio that I wouldn't wear myself. I take pride in my work and offer beautiful products at affordable prices.

Should an item be returned for non-delivery due to buyer providing wrong shipping address; order will be cancelled and partial refund given for purchase price of items only (no refund on original shipping charges). As stated earlier, it's the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address at time of purchase.Please note for legal reasons I cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. These are collected by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.


~ ☆ ~ CANCELLING ORDERS ~ ☆ ~
If you purchase an item and send payment, then decide to cancel the order BEFORE it has been shipped for whatever reason I will send back a refund, less the fees I have incurred. But if I ALREADY send package I will NOT accept cancellation SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE. I cannot accept returns bases on color differences cause by computer monitor.Please note for legal reasons I cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. These are collected by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders CAN'T be cancelled once are made.
NO exchanges or refunds on change in mind upon receiving the item.
Custom orders are non-refundable but if they are damaged on arrival,I will replace them. I will require photos to show the damage before a replacement is sent.Please note for legal reasons I cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. ~ ☆ ~ LOST IN TRANSIT ~ ☆ ~
Firstly, please wait for the allotted time to pass (8weeks) before considering an item lost
if you have purchase insurance
Secondly, please contact me to let me know the item has not arrived.
Once this length of time has passed if the item has not arrived, I can either refund or replace your item. I will then contact the Mail to claim back the loss. Please note the Mail may contact you to confirm the order was placed and confirm the delivery address. Please do contact me after the 8 weeks has pass of purchase to report any non-delivery. If I do not hear from you until after this time, a refund or replacement will not be issued. Please note for legal reasons I cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. These are collected by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.


~ ☆ ~ DAMAGED ITEMS ~ ☆ ~
All care and consideration is taken when items are packed. They are all checked before being wrapped securely for dispatch.
However should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. I will require photographs of the items damage and the box/envelope (this is for claim purposes).
I may request that the item is returned to me - if so, once the item is received I will refund the original item cost including the shipping as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the item.
I cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved.
Please contact me about any damage within receipt of goods.
If I do not hear from you until (a week ) after this time, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. I cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling or dropping.Please note for legal reasons I cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. Shipping

Your order(s) will be shipped by regular airmail within 2 business days after payment is received. No shipping on Sunday and Public Holidays. Items will be shipped by regular airmail I will proved the tracking number or custom number will be giving to you. So you can track your order there.

~ ☆ ~ ADDRESSES ~ ☆ ~
Always check that the address on your order is correct before proceeding. I will always ship to the address supplied. If I have a query with the address I may contact you, if I do not hear from you by the time it is meant to ship I will send to the address supplied.
Please note if the parcel does not arrive because you failed to supply / check the correct address, I will not offer a refund or replacement.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the details are correct.

~ ☆ ~ PACKAGING ~ ☆ ~
All parcels are checked by me before being ship in a bubble mail to secure damage.

☆ ~ DELIVERY ~ ☆ ~
Please check that your address is correct,
NOTE - When I give your package to the post office I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE for package LOST or DAMAGE I have no control over shipping and I deeply APOLOGIZE if this affects you. How I package my orders, I place them with a cotton mat then in a bubble mail so it is safely from damage, if package gets lost I will send a new order ONLY if you ASK ME and PAY for insurance and new shipping ONCE AGAIN if you didn't purchase the insurance I can't resend you a new order. Please note I DON'T accept RETURNS or give REFUNDS. I CAN'T accept returns based on color differences caused by computer monitors.
I advice you purchase insurance to insure your package if for any reason your package is loss I can resend or refund if you don't buy insurance I'm sadly to but there's nothing I can do just let give you the post office number to track your package.

~ ☆ ~ DELIVERY DEADLINES ~ ☆ ~
If your order is urgent please let me know when you place your order and I will do everything I can to get it posted ASAP. I will send a convo to state when the parcel has been posted. If there are any delays for whatever reason I shall inform you immediately.
Please note I cannot guarantee arrival of your item by a specific date as I cannot control the postal service and unexpected issues and delays can occur. All I can do is guarantee when I get the item posted out.

I do always try and include clear color photos however color differences can occur due to different monitor settings. If you have a question about the color / shade of any product please contact me before you purchase.

If there is an issue with your order / shipment please do contact me before leaving any negative or neutral feedback, as I may be able to rectify the situation and make you happy - but I can't if I am unaware of it. :)

I will sometimes include discount coupons in with an order or a small freebie. Please do not request a discount coupon or a free gift for yourself - I prefer them to be given more as a random surprise.
Please purchase insurance those couple bucks will save you a headache later on happy shopping.
